“I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. “Room was not ready at 5pm and have to wait … once ready .. it was trash and crumbs on the floor and food still in the fridge… bathroom was in bad condition with broken walls and rusted stuff everywhere. Same trash was by the elevator for all two days I stayed there. There’s little to no maintenance done at all .. the worst was mold all over the mattress… super disgusted. ”
