“First of all I booked a room with a 2 queen beds/ partial beach view, but sadly when we arrived to the room they gave as a standard room, my husband went back to the front desk to asked if we could get the room that we originally booked but they said that they don’t have any available. Like what? And one more thing the room looks like they just fixed the bedsheets and never change it. One of the bed bedsheets has a lot of stains. “The staff was very rude. They only put one towel per room when we had two kids with us. I booked two rooms and only got two towels one of the main reason we got this hotel was because they had a swimming pool so the kids could join the hot weather but the three days that we stay there the pool was closed the whole weekend. I was very disappointed it was not worth my money. We’ll never stay there again.”
