Case in affitto a Terramar Beach

“The house was perfect for 6 of us! The two bedrooms downstairs were ideal for adult children. The kitchen was amazing along with breakfast nook and living room. It was a perfect location to walk just a few minutes to the beach. The patio was great for morning coffee and the outdoors spaces were perfect for gatherings. As an aside, the neighbors were incredibly friendly. We stayed during the July 4th weekend. 10/10 recommend the golf cart parade. Finally, our host Jenny responded swiftly to any...

“House was clean & spacious. Great location on the canal. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The neighborhood pool was nice to hop over to after a long day at the beach. Loved having the golf cart available. Owner was responsive & helpful.”

“The house was nice and had good communication with the host. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a lot of room for our family to enjoy. The only negative was the neighbor. He was often drunk and loudly telling other guests about fishing “rules” around the canal. He made things uncomfortable on a couple of occasions including urinating off his stairs into the canal. Otherwise our stay was fantastic but that neighbor will keep us from returning to this house.”

“This place is not at all like the pictures. The entire place is held together with caulk and duct tape. We tried getting ahold of the owner the first day about it and we ended up ultimately having to leave and rent something else. The owners still have not responded to our request for a refund. The entire place was very dirty, trash bins were full, and the rooms were not as advertised.”

“Inside is old. Wasn't clean. Food on counter and floor. Bathrooms were not very clean.Black stuff in vent of a/c unit in bottom bedroom. Part of deck rails were broke and not connected. Overall pretty disappointed in it.”

“My family had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the beach everyday. The house was clean and the air conditioner was cold when got in from the beach. The deck with the breeze at night was our favorite. I wish the dishwasher worked but we made it through. All in all the house provided a great family get away.”

“The trip started out kinda ruff as when we pulled up we found someone taking a shower in the outside shower, other than that is was a pretty smooth stay, property was amazing could use some small repairs as something seemed like they would brake easily but definitely lived the layout and how relaxing it was…”

“It was great. Pool was fantastic.”

“Place was just as advertised. Close to the beach and a great space to hang out and play games.”

“Host was very responsive. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and our dog. The proximity to the beach was excellent; it was about a three minute walk, which was great. Very affordable for such a clse location.”

“On Monday we arrived and at first glance the house was exceptional. The house, rooms, pool, etc. were clean and spacious. Our troubles started Monday evening when one of our kids told us there was water all over the floor upstairs under the mini split air conditioner. We immediately turned it off, cleaned the water off the floors, and got in contact with Beach Box to get the issue resolved. Someone arrived Tuesday morning, he left assuring us it was taken care of, he fixed the AC setting to ON...
