The space
Escape to Beach Soulcation, where modern farmhouse charm meets coastal relaxation on Galveston Island. This newly remodeled home was designed for unforgettable beach days and cozy nights—whether you’re sipping coffee on the ocean-view deck, firing up the BBQ grill, or playing games with family. Perfect for multi-family getaways, friends’ retreats, or sunny escapes, the two-level layout offers privacy and space for everyone, including a separate lower level entrance for teens, in-laws, or guests needing extra quiet.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage comfortably hosts up to 10 guests across two thoughtfully designed levels, blending bright coastal vibes with modern convenience.

Upper Level:

Bedroom 1: Comfy king bed + ensuite bath
Bedroom 2: Full over Full Bunk bed (plus twin trundle) + adjacent full bath

Lower Level (Private Entrance):

Bedroom 3: Jack-and-Jill setup with queen
Bedroom 4: Jack-and-Jill setup with Twin over Queen bunk bed

Upper Level: Open-concept living space with natural light, ocean views, and access to the upper deck for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

*Kitchen & Dining:

Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for group meals. Plus, BBQ grill and shaded dining downstairs for al fresco feasts.

Upper Level: 2 full bathrooms

Lower Level: 1 full bath (shared between the two downstairs bedrooms)

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house via a smart lock on the front door as well as four parking spaces in driveway. You'll also get to enjoy the community swimming pool (May-October, closed Tuesdays for maintenance), boat launch, fishing dock, and frisbee golf course!

Other things to note
Pool is open 10:00am-7:30pm May 1st - Sept 30 and closed every Tuesday for maintenance.
No Parties/Events/Weddings
No pets
No smoking of any kind, including vaping
Max 10 overnight guests
Max 5 daytime guests in addition to those on reservation
Parking: 4 driveway spaces
Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
The two downstairs bedrooms and one bathroom are accessed by an exterior entrance

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional $35 each. This allows you to check in at least two hours early and/or check out two hours later. You can request once reservation is confirmed and we can let you know availability as we get closer to your stay.
