“The Days Inn by Wyndham in Covington was not up to the standards of other Days Inn facilities I’ve stayed at. It’s an old hotel that is somewhat run down and not particularly clean. The bottom of my white socks turned black from walking across the room only a few times without shoes. On the second day of my 4-day stay, the floor was apparently mopped with a dirty mop and was sticky and smelled bad for the remainder of my stay. “There was no water pressure. The shower had hair in it when we arrived. The toilet rocked, it was not anchored to the floor correctly. The A/C would not go below 75°, I had it set to 60°. The breakfast was horrible. The only thing that was satisfactory was the staff. They were very nice and accommodating.”

“Great place to stay if you’re on a budget. The room I stayed at was recently renovated and it was perfect for what I needed. Also it was in a great location. There was a Walmart and a few restaurants 5 minutes walk away.”

“The first room I was given had a dirty shower, sink and stovetop. The next room, wasn’t as bad, but there were some stains on the blanket, sheets and pillows. The room had NO toiletries. Not even soap to wash my hands, but luckily I had my own. I also didn’t like the staff knocking on my door at 9:50a asking if I’m staying over or checking out when check-out wasn’t until 11a.
