“Excellent hotel stay”

“My first room the toilet broke, they put me in a king suite very nice of the staff.. I would like to know where I can look to see the points the hotel said they would give me for a free night stay”

“Room attendant not available, couldn't turn off A/C fan, requested 2 blankets (one had yellow stain - urine or semen?), hand to ask for towels as only 2 towels and 2 washclothes for 3 pax, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 3 pax, 2 night stay. All things, except for the blankets required going to front desk, no one available to deliver to room, when bartender was asked for a small cup of ice, you thought we were asking for the moon (very negative response). NEVER, EVER using this Marriott nor...

“Clean and modern decor. Conveniently located about a mile from the university. Parking and check in were easy was and staff were nice. Good gym but small pool. Paid breakfast option is not worth it. ”

“I love everything about this hotel (Springhill Suites). The location with lots of things around to do, the hotel with it's amenities pool and hottub especially my favorite. The breakfast in the mornings are good, nice and clean. Love the rooms beds are so nice and comfortable with plenty of space. Hotel staff are so nice especially the cleaning ladies i had on the 2nd floor (awesome).”
