“It was better than what I anticipated!”

“The employee that checked us in was wonderful. She was beyond helpful. We arrived flustered and she made check in smooth. Hotel was clean-the only thing that was odd was a pen found in plain sight on the ground when we got in our room. One of the dispensers in the shower was broken off -I believe it was replaced incorrectly as there were two conditioners instead of shampoo. Our door did not shut fully when closing the door-you have to pull hard on the handle to ensure it locked. Unfortunately...
