“Only tm at the casino was rude I think she can be more nice to customers”

“Bed bugs! My sister took a nap while we went to the pool and woke up with bites and hives all over her body! My husband went to inspect the bed and found traces of bedbugs. Hotel claimed room was clean and wouldn’t do anything. ”

“Rooms weren’t bad but the rest of the hotel is horrible. The whole rug in the hallway was moldy and the hallway is dark. Due to not wanting kids around the mold we left and got a room somewhere else without even saying anything and taking a loss.”

“The parking in the parking garage is convenient. We walk to the casino for concerts. There are restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance. Hotels dont get any cleaner. The room was also very comfortable as far as the air conditioning. I like it cold. The young man at the front desk was very nice. We have stayed here 4 times. ”

“So this is my second stay at this property in 6 months, both two day stays. This place has been FANTASTIC. Clean, very spacious rooms, nice amenities inside them, the bedding and pillows are clean and high quality, and very comfortable. All the staff I encountered between front desk, restaurant, and casino were all very friendly and helpful. Drinks at the bar are very reasonably priced, and there’s plenty of parking available outside for your vehicle. Checking out was also an easy...

“Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..”
