Hostels in Japan are a cut above anywhere else but this one is especially good. Very clean, plenty of space to chill, in an amazing area, great staff and a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

can't beat the location, this hotel is literally in the heart of osaka. amenities were clean and brand new It was also incredibly cheap for what I get

our room was dusty, smelled like fried food (but what do you expect from a hostel just INSIDE Namba over all restaurants). The window overlooked a wall. The room was a bit depressing overall and the hostel noisy. i guess is cheap and convenient because of the location, but you can get better imo.

I stayed with my group 6 persons in the same room on 3rd floor that rather small and shared bathroom have only in 2nd floor but location very conveniently to walk around Shinsibashi. Not far from train station as well.

This place is incredible. They really do go the extra mile. 1. Amazing location. Right in the heart of Dotonburi. It's also very close to a JR station which is great for JR pass users. 2. The common area is great. Free coffee, free filtered water - they even have adaptors for free rental. 3. The showers are powerful and reach a good temperature. Free ear cleaning buds and flossers in bathroom. 4. The staff are very helpful. One even phoned my upcoming accommodation to confirm transport. 5. Beds are really comfy and quite spacious in the dorm. Thanks hostel enisia

Location was perfevt, right in the centre of everythibg day and night. Unfortunately, it is a 56 bed dorm room, and we were surrounded by people buying suitcases full of shopping and vaccum sealing and repacking suitcases all hours of the night. We asked them to stop at 3am, and they moved to the hallway, only to start back up at 6am. We left early to get a good nights sleep.

the location of this Hostel is fantastic. right in the middle of Shinsaibashi Shopping District, Dotonbori is just a few minutes away by foot. However, it would be very much appreciated if there is an elevator installed as not all guests are using backpacks. a small one will do :)

Nice hostel but no elevator
The hostel was located on a side street full of restaurant and shops . Its just that if you are a light sleeper it’s better to forget this hostell because of the noise .

I loved staying here!! It was very clean and in a great location. The staff are all very friendly and the amenities are convenient. Definitely recommend staying here for Osaka! :)

Incredible location & great staff
Loved our stay at the Hostel Enisia Namba. We went with young kids, and the staff went out of their way to make us all very welcome. Kids absolutely loved it and rate it as their favourite accommodation spot on our Japan trip. Also could not ask for a better location

Great service/lovely staff- thank you for giving me an umbrella when I checked out. It was pouring and I really needed it./ the room literally had everything- fridge, laundry machine, dryer, microwave, tv, plates, etc.

Someone stole my room!!!
i was accommodated for early check in and it went smoothly. after an 18hour day, i was just ready to call it a day when i came back to the hostel to find that my room was occupied by somebody else despite my things being inside!!! to my dismay, management could not offer a sound solution so i had to find accommodations at the last minute! thank goodness i found a hotel 5minutes from this one. I decided to stay at the other hotel for the duration of the trip. I called hotels.com and gave them a feedback about what happened. they spoke to the hotel and made things right with me. i have booked several trips with hotels.com and never had any problem til this!

Nice hotel in strategic place
I was shocked when knew this hotel very near to Dotonbori area. Staff was very nice. Room was clean, but typical japanese room, small.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at anywhere! The rooms and common area were very clean, and the staff was particularly friendly. The location is great as well, at long as you want to be in the busy, touristy Namba area of Osaka.

Even it was a very small room for four of us, we had very good experience. The hotel located in the most busy shopping area of Osaka, it’s convenient, plenty shopping and restaurants around. Not far from transportation. The staff was helpful and friendly, they speak English.They gave us lots of help. I really recommend this little hostel to everyone.

Nice stay near the attractions
It is in the mid of sennimae street, the food place is everywhere once you step out of your hostel. Shinsaibashi, Dotombori and Kuromon market are all within walking distance. The hostel bed is comfortable, with a locker in your sleep room. Staffs are friendly. Lounge place is spacious with facility (kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, etc). Good place to stay.

Close to all the good foods. Good for young family. No lift at the building so travel light or you can the hostel staff help!

Great Place with Great Staff!
Located in the midst of Dontonburi, one step outside and you find yourself greeted with all the food and shops in every direction! I was concerned this would also mean constant noise, however that was never an issue. Short walk will get you to JR Namba, Namba or Nipponbashi Station, so travelling is never an issue. Stayed for around 6 nights in the mixed dormitory area. Beds were clean, facility and everything was really nice and new too. Only downside is that there isn't much stopping sound from other vistors in the dormitory at night. The staff were absolutely great! I cannot commend them enough. By the end of our stay, we had not only had a great time in Osaka, but had also become great friends with them. Everyone was always happy to have a good chat, or even hang out after work if they were free. Would definately go back in the future when visiting Osaka

I stayed at this hostel for 5nights with parents. I thought I booked a private triple room but apparently I misunderstood and booked a mixed dorm. However, we had no problems at all sharing a room with many others. The facility is fully equipped and the service is beyond great. There are staffs who are multilinguals. Everything is so clean and well organised. The common area is very nice to rest and chill.

早朝のフライトのため電車一本で向かえることからこのホステルを選びました。清潔な部屋やシャワールームで非常に良かったです。ただ、中国人観光客が夜になってもずっと爆買いしたものをガサガサする音や、大きな声で話していて一睡もできませんでした。また、コーヒーメーカーを使用しようとした際、私を中国人だと思ったのか、スタッフの方に英語で話しかけられたのはショックでした。

Et rigtig hyggeligt og velorganiseret hostel med god mulighed for aflåste skabe. Det har en rigtig god beliggenhed, meget tæt på Namba station i gåafstand . Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme, og der er gode opholdsmuligheder .

좋았습니다!
숙박위치가 번화가에 있어 밤 늦게 다녀도 무섭거나 하지 않았습니다. 하지만 간판이 눈에 띄지 않아 꼭 구글맵으로 검색해서 이동하시기 바랍니다. 시설은 전체적으로 양호하였고, 여성전용실과 여성전용샤워실이 이어져있어 편리하였습니다.
