Hotel a Pinehurst

“The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room. Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. The ceiling and damaged area in the room closet is also still wide open with no repair work done. I went down to the front...

“This was an overnight trip while traveling to Florida. I travel with a dog and the tile floors were nice. Very clean and the staff were helpful.”

“The staff were so helpful and sweet. They were very personal and we enjoyed our conversation conversations with them. With that, our bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner. But overall, the room was adequate.”

“The property needs updating. Staff was friendly. One tiny bar of soap for two people. No shower soap. No hair dryer. One queen was lumpy the other fine. Parking was good. Breakfast was underwhelming. No fresh fruit, although there was signage for such. We got to breakfast at 7:20, scrambled eggs were just about gone. Barely got a spoonful. Although they had a sign for pastries, there were none. ”

“Wrote a Google review. It’s been renovated but just lipstick on a pig. Older fixtures and cracks/tears. Noisy. Charged us $13 each for standard ‘free breakfast’ everywhere else. Replied on Google that it was made-to-order option, which no one mentioned nor observed and other guests had same complaints around us. Most guests are staying next to the highway and close to fairgrounds for a mid-priced hotel. They’re trying for upscale, but it doesn’t work there. We won’t stay there again.”

“It was clean and quiet with a comfy bed. The lady who checked me in was super nice. I just stopped to get some sleep while traveling, and got a great night’s rest before getting back on the road, and I love knowing I can bring my pup with no fuss. 😊”
