Hotel a Sycamore

“We enjoyed our stay, with the exception of the breakfast. If we had realized it was just a simple continental breakfast, we would have stayed elsewhere. The ad we saw played up an “excellent” breakfast, but we were disappointed in it.”

“The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room. Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. “I arrived on a Friday evening and the front desk man was very nice. He had a hard time with some of the computer systems and there was a line waiting to check in. Once he got my key, it was a smooth check-in process. Once in the room, the configuration was a little weird with a long, dark hallway before entering the actual room. “Hate that places put nice photos online, but in person a hot nasty mess, need some major work, couldn’t believe how the bedding looked, tubs, mirrors, food on the floor under the bed! I can clearly see whoever manage this place only care about taking peoples money. I went through a 3rd party when I booked , left a day before because of the situation, and they denied my refund,”

“We visited this hotel on opening night, and (as seems fair) they were having a few issues. We were passing through again for vacation, and found the rooms to be dirty - greasy floors, crumbs in the chair, false eyelashes stuck to the floor, stains in the tub. We won't be back again.”
