Hotel all inclusive in Georgia

“Staff was helpful and friendly Room was clean Amenities were great. I would stay there again.”

“If you don’t get valet parking, they don’t allow you to use the carts to carry your luggage to your room FYI. They also automatically charge extra fees per day for more than two adults with out explanation. Example I had a room. In and out family from other rooms and they automatically charged my room the fees with out explanation. In deed I requested management and it was removed but the principal was you can’t just charge a room fees with out explaining why nor understanding what’s happening....

“The property grounds were beautiful and clean. However, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable to the point that neither of the s could sleep well and have extreme discomfort. We also tried the grill which took over 45 minutes to get our food. It just wasn’t what we were expecting. Also, the directions from Expedia took us to the wrong place-not the facility’s fault! Luckily, they had sent the correct address! It just went to spam.”

“The room is clean, but it’s very dated. You have to park across the street in a public parking garage which gets extremely packed and then you have to cross the street with all your luggage or you can valet. We arrived late and everything closes by 9 PM for food so plan ahead if you are a late arrival, their bar upstairs is small and very limited. It is more like nachos and a pretzel. The staff was nice and we enjoyed our stay.”

“I was there for my husband family reunion and the resort was nice and spacious my only issue was the first room I checked into had an odor but I must say they moved quickly and got me into another room. The lake view room was a good view of the lake.”
