“This hotel does not deserve to operate as a Hilton property. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors member or at all! I stated I was checking in and gave my name, was asked for ID and credit card and given cards. The first room I was assigned the key would not open the door. So myself, a 8 year old child and a full luggage cart had to return to the front desk and they assigned us a different room on the same floor. It took usually 2-3 swipes of the key card to open that door. The beds are rock...

“The Western Hotel is an older hotel and needs a little updating. The room had everything we needed. It was clean, in a safe location and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. I would stay again.”
