“The staff were excellent always helpful and willing to help too, food was well above the standard of other Hotels, and the rooms were well kept and cosy. We were so impressed with the Hotel we've booked to stay again in September.. the only negative was that there was no lift, which made things slightly difficult for us but manageable Thank you to everyone who made our stay so pleasant . ”

“We had an amazing time! Hotel is lovely, clean and well presented; the owners can't do enough for you! We could not fault this hotel, everything was as you would expect from a 4 star property. Our bedroom was spacious, lovely high power shower, ample space for your belongings and a cosy sofa ideal for watching TV. “Arrived on early flight, dropped luggage off at 10am and asked if possible would the room be available any earlier than 3pm. Was told to come back and check at 1pm which we did and it was ready, really helpful with young kids! Spacious room, great location and probably one of the best breakfasts on the island.”

“A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. Room was spacious and again well appointed with all you need, tea/coffee making, flat screen tv, fridge with water snd plenty sockets/ USB charge points. Highly recommend.”

“This is the second time we have stayed there. Peter, the host, was very accommodating even changing our room to the one that we stayed in before. The breakfast is very good and sets you up for the day. It’s a very short walk to the shops from the guest house. ”
