"Firstly on arrival I was told my room was in a sister hotel two doors away which is not what I booked , the room was very dated and not well maintained and a bit grubby the TV was so small it was hard to see and overall smelt very musty looking out of the window into a roof void that looked disgusting, ..."

"We rented a luxury apartment. It had a spacious living area with all you need for self catering. Housekeeper there to welcome us and show us to the room. Like the fact you can have your apartment serviced - clean towels etc. If you have a car there are reserved spaces out the back in the car park. ..."
