The property and front desk staff were great! The only issues I had were these: There was a sticky substance left on my desk in my room when I checked in. I went out to my car and tried to get back into the back door at 10:58am (just before checkout) and my card was already cleared and not working for me. Check out is 11am and that is the time it should stop working..not a few minutes before. I had to walk in the slippery ice to the front door to get my card reactivated and it took a lot of unnecessary time to do that...especially since the walkways at back of bldg were not salted. (The front of bldg was salted and had walkable walkways). Regardless of these issues, overall it was a good stay!

Unfriendly staff and completely unwilling to help. They guy on the front desk made me sign a document with my personal information to supposly enroll me in the IHG program, but I never received confirmation that I was actually enrolled. I have no idea what that guy did with my info. Pretty unsettling.

Hi Luis,Thank you so much for letting us know how your stay was. I'm so sorry you found the staff to be unfriendly. I did just want to clarify a couple things for your peace of mind. The only thing we have anyone sign is the standard regiostration card that we have all guests sign at the time of check in. Also, The email confirming your arrival should arrive if it hasn't already. It can take some time to show up but I can assure you that we do not do anything with your information other than enroll you in the Reward program. I'm sorry for the confusion and for the unpleasant experience you had. I will address it with my team so we can make needed corrections to our practices.

We enjoyed the property. The breakfast was lacking. We have been at many Staybridge properties even this one at different time’s. They seemed to only be putting out a minimal amount. There where several empty places that are usually filled for breakfast.The breakfast and property are the main reason’s we have chosen Staybridge. It was a little bit of a let down especially since I was treating my wife for Mother’s Day.

I have stayed at several Staybridge's around the country and have always enjoyed my stay. However this facility is "okay" but not to the standards I normally expect from Staybridge. Better attention to detail and more staff training would go a long way towards improvement.

Nice hotel
Nice, clean hotel. Was a shame the pool wasn't usable, it had been out of action for months but that wasn't obvious when booking, also wasn't mentioned when checking in. Nice breakfast. Staff were pleasant but was hard to find receptionist or other staff to speak to on 3 separate occasions during my stay (to check out, ask for coffee as breakfast to be topped up, when pool would be back in use). Free laundry facilities. Would stay here again if back in the area.

check in staff were not very helpful, also we had issues our smoke alert in the room it kept continuously flashing making it hard to sleep, reported it was never fixed. our room card would not open the door to the swimming pool. and several of the light in the room did not operate. For the price we paid I expected a lot better.

The room was very clean and comfortable. the bed and pillow were great! The microwave did not work. The door to the pool had to be opened by the front desk person as it would only open with that key. There was no hot tub. I think it was advertised as having one, so check before you stay if you are interested in having one. The breakfast was ok.

Kind staff, clean, spacious room - very pleased
This was the 2nd time we stayed here. We stayed in the 1-bedroom queen suite - we were very impressed. The room was very spacious, there was a full kitchen! Check-in was easy and staff were very kind. Navigating the hotel was pretty simple, too. Would definitely stay here again!

It took about 5-10 min for front desk staff to leave the party in the courtyard to greet me. Front desk was dirty and cluttered. Their system allowed me to book online even though no rooms where available. Staff member barely paid attention while flirting with guest coming to and from the party. While I understand this was a mistake with the software the handling of the situation was horrible.

We had two rooms booked and when we showed up to check in they told us they were overbooked and they couldn’t help us. The staff was very rude about it.

The front desk staff was distracted. The reservations were incorrect; they had me staying for 2 years vs 1day. It took 3 trips back to front desk to have room key work. Got a 250 dollar stay, it’s was a bad experience and we will not return.
