“The property was easy to find but the room took a minute. We had to drive around and figure out where the pool was and what it was called. A map would make it easier to find. The condo was gorgeous and very spacious. The second bedroom air wasn’t working and it was VERY hot in that room. I called on our second day to get it fixed and no one ever called me back or came to try and fix it. My son ended up sleeping terribly because of the heat. “Great spot in Kitty Hawk. Close to 158 and many restaurants. There is a good amount of room and the owners are very accommodating. We stayed with our dog, two cats, turtle, and snake while our attic was being encapsulated. Nice neighborhood where we could walk the dog. Just a short stroll to see the sunrise.”

“This is an amazing apartment!! We decided to travel last minute and everything from the booking process to communication with the owner was easy. While we did not use all the Barrier Island amenities because it’s off season (and we own another home nearby), I can tell you they are convenient and great for families. We adore the sound side view and the sunsets were incredible. If you are looking for an alternative to renting a whole house, this is your best option! A note if you have any mobility...
