Atlantic Oasis, NUOVO per il 2018, rinnovato, a meno di 1 isolato dalla spiaggia!

L'Oasi atlantica è uno dei tre appartamenti del cottage di Nags Head Landing. È situato in posizione centrale nel cuore di Nags Head. Questo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato di 600 mq si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. L'unità ha tutto il necessario. Il portico coperto in stile Old Nags Head si affaccia a sud e offre una vista sull'accesso alla spiaggia. La camera da letto ha un sacco di spazio per riporre e un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno recentemente rinnovato ha una doccia vasca full size e un mobile da 31 ". La zona giorno ha un open space con cucina full size, zona pranzo e soggiorno. Il soggiorno ha un divano, un tavolino e una TV a schermo piatto. La veranda coperta coperta si trova appena fuori dal soggiorno. È un ottimo posto per godersi l'aria salata e rilassarsi. L'appartamento si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia. L'accesso Albatross Street Beach si trova a soli 300 '(meno di un campo da calcio!) lontano. L'appartamento si trova a breve distanza a piedi / in bicicletta da molti rinomati siti sulle Outer Banks, tra cui il Jockey's Ridge State Park (attraverso il passaggio pedonale segnalato Hollowell St), il nuovo (2017) Town of Nags Head Dowdy Park, The Nags Head Fishing Pier, Tortugas Lie Restaurant e molte altre attrazioni. L'appartamento è anche a breve distanza in bicicletta dall'YMCA attraverso il nuovo percorso multiuso di Town of Nags Head.

Il noleggio include un abbonamento gratuito in palestra all'Outer Banks Sports Club! La palestra molto comoda e raggiungibile a piedi. Si trova a pochi isolati di distanza!

Questo è un ottimo posto per una coppia o una piccola famiglia in cerca di una spaziosa casa vacanza.

Great place for the OBX!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was really convenient to only walk a block to the beach. The space was the perfect size for two. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our property manager did a great job at being responsive. My only wish was to have the check-in details a bit earlier, but we had everything we needed when we got there. Would recommend!

Great location. Easy check in. You need to focus more on cleanliness. Dirty windows, food on walls and cabinets, dirty mini blinds. Chair on the porch is broken and dangerous.

Stove burners,

Nothing that requires burners to be level can be cooked on the stove. All are crooked. Coffee pot could be upgraded. Porch door is cracked. Not by us. All other things are acceptable. Cupboard cover under sink was poorly glued.

Lack of correspondence

We came to OBX for my husband’s birthday for a long weekend. The unit we booked ended up not being available, however they had another unit available. It was advertised as a queen bed when in fact it’s a double/full size bed. Also we couldn’t get the tv to work we changed the batteries in the remote to no avail. While we were out we purchased more batteries. We left the extra batteries so others wouldn’t be without. I reached out to the owner before check in & after check in. Prior to check in it took him several days to respond. After check in he NEVER responded to my messages.

Short stay

Wonderful location, very close to the beach and many close by adventures. Would have been nice to spend time on the front porch and enjoy the great weather if our next door neighbors had not been smoking. The bathtub needs attention as it drains very slowly. Panel under the kitchen sink is not secured well. Floors need to be washed clean, and not just swept or vacuumed.

Perfect Little Oasis

My husband and I made a last minute trip to the outer banks. We didn’t expect to find anything close to the beach or for a decent price point. This property had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and did I mention a block from the beach! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The Perfect Beach Home

The overall stay was wonderful. The house was just a little ways down the street from the beach and was super clean. The atmosphere was cozy and sweet, which allowed for the perfect beach vacation.

Cozy Retreat

Enjoyed our four night stay at this cute and comfy condo. So glad we had the end unit. Great weather allowed us to eat breakfast every morning on the deck. So close to the beach and convenient location to shops and restaurants. We would definitely book this property again.

Anniversary weekend

We came to Nags Head when we got married 38 years ago and we wanted to experience some of the things we did then. This cottage was very cozy and clean and close to the beach and restaurants unfortunately the weather was not good for the beach but we found other things to do. We only stayed 3 nights and if we had stayed a week or longer would have wanted a place with a washer and dryer. The kitchen stove needs to be updated. It was cozy for 2 people. GREAT PLACE

This space was perfect for two. It's roomu with adorable decor, and was super clean on arrival. The location at MP 10 is ideal to getting anywhere you want in no time. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Great porch for sitting and reading. Just loved it.
