“Bathrooms were too far from the tents and without toilet paper”

“This was our first time in Bigfork Montana, and we were so pleased with everything, we stood from 6/14-20/26 and we loved it. Our room was the Private Residence and it was delightfully designed and so comfortable. Loved that we had our own private balcony that overlooked Flathead Lake. Kim the manager was so helpful and arranged for us to have a boat ride for 4 hours and it was amazing. Breakfast was daily available and the Inn is just so beautifully kept. We will definitely be going back...

“When I checked in they gave me the keys to our room, which was actually someone else's room. This feels like a huge safety violation to the people who were in the room we got the keys to, and a safety concern for my family who entered someone else's space. We were put into a new room. And it was disappointing for a hotel with two restaurants in house not to offer a breakfast. Also, you may want to look into the soft decking...”

“Purtroppo attirato da alcuni giudizi positivi prenoto una notte. All'arrivo troviamo alla reception un uomo che ci consegna le chiavi della camera parlandoci così velocemente che non abbiamo capito nulla. All'apertura della camera restiamo tutti a bocca aperta; ma la camera è stata fatta oppure no??...ci domandiamo!!! Troviamo i cuscini fuori posto e le lenzuola tutte stropicciate. L'impressione è stata proprio che le lenzuola e i cuscini non fossero stati cambiati. Guardiamo per curiosità...
