Was not offered/given complimentary gifts, but observed others recieving them. Our room was directly off of the lobby area and could very clearly hear pots and pans crashing in the kitchen every morning for several hours through the wall. “We were pretty put off by our room not being ready upon arrival, which was actually after check-in time. The staff was not apologetic and we got the feeling that this is pretty typical for this location. They were also very understaffed. Towels were never stocked in the pool area and we stood at the counter on two separate occasions for more than 20 minutes just to ask for towels. Again, staff wasn't apologetic at all. “The staff was amazing, especially all the shuttle drivers. The super large hot tub was awesome. Love the fact that it was open until late. The saunas and the concierge that reserved them for us were the best. She even brought Towels and water out there for us. Expedia made it so easy to book and check in. We soso loved the smores and free nightly refresher drinks. ”
