“Purtroppo attirato da alcuni giudizi positivi prenoto una notte. All'arrivo troviamo alla reception un uomo che ci consegna le chiavi della camera parlandoci così velocemente che non abbiamo capito nulla. All'apertura della camera restiamo tutti a bocca aperta; ma la camera è stata fatta oppure no??...ci domandiamo!!! Troviamo i cuscini fuori posto e le lenzuola tutte stropicciate. L'impressione è stata proprio che le lenzuola e i cuscini non fossero stati cambiati. Guardiamo per curiosità...

“It was the cheapest hotel we could find. Rooms were clean but small. Overall a good value considering the prices in the area. The staff were nice. Some crazy English gal was yelling at them about an ice machine that did not work, as she was using a working ice machine that was working. She tried to get me involved and I said the ice machine is working and this is the cheapest room in Kalispell after all?!?!? It was an awesome Karen moment wish I recorded it. ”

“Our stay at the Kalispell Holiday Inn Express was great! From the moment we checked in everyone there was very friendly and helpful. During check-in I asked where the best place to buy bear spray was and they gave me a can to use during our stay for free. The room was spacious and very clean. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool which had lots of natural sunlight and was bigger than most indoor hotel pools. The breakfast was excellent. My wife and I are gluten free, and they had several options...
