“Usually I have a pretty good experience at this place, the room I got this time was pretty bad. Bed squeaked like crazy and the wallpaper was bubbling off the wall and A/C unit is old and noisy. I was really shocked at the disarray of the room.”

“Staff was amazing, the lady at the front desk is amazing. Nice hotel, AC unit was very strong. My only complaints: the balcony had some kind of water issue and half of it was a large puddle of water. The room is nice, but not a fan of the sink outside the bathroom. Wish they had healthier options for the breakfast, but overall a nice hotel, clean beach, and play area. Nice view as well.”

“I booked based off the pictures and reviews. The room was clean and very nice. TV was a Roku so you weren't stuck watching local TV like normal hotels. Had nice size fridge, microwave small coffee maker. Bathroom was small,but I expected that. Larger people will struggle with the bathroom. “Was charged 266.00 and was at hotel for literally 3 hours had an allergic reaction to something in the hotel. About arriving the hotel, smell like smoke and dog and would not give me a refund. Very disappointing waited 20 minutes at the front desk for to be helped Booke elsewhere.”

“Pleasantly surprised with the waterpark. The kids had a blast! The slide was fast and the water was warm. Breakfast was mediocre - would have loved to see more protein options and not just all carbs. Was disgusted to find an old mushed bag with what appeared to be brownies left behind the couch. It was apparent the couch is never moved to clean behind it. Overall, happy with the stay minus the disgustingness that was left behind the couch!”
