“Very nice place to stay”

“Original room had no air conditioning and a TV that turned on but would not change channels. Front desk was very helpful in moving us to a new room, but because the air conditioning unit is behind a louvered door in sleeping area, it had a low frequency hum that you could literally feel vibrating the coils of the bed.”

“From the very start the welcome invitation I received before my flight as very kind and welcoming. I was picked up at the airport within minutes after my arrival to the ABQ airport. The hotel staff picked me up promptly, checked me in, and was fantastic. I enjoyed my room, shower and bed. Staff were all very pleasant.
