The property was appeared clean but the carpet in my room was grimy. It had been vacuumed but it needs to be shampooed. When I walked on it in barefeet, the bottom of my feet terned dark.

We were in the king suite. The hot tub sprays water everywhere when trying to fill it up. Then it loses water while soaking. The regular tub has a hole in it. So while my husband was showering he would step and water would shoot up from under the tub. Definitely not worth the money.

This hotel was okay, just dated. The room was clean, but the A/C was very old and didn’t really blow cold air. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly. The biggest issue I have is with the fitness center, which is the worst I’ve ever experienced. We travel a lot and are currently on a month long road trip, so we stay at a lot of places and working out and enjoying a fitness center are top priorities for us. Here are the many things wrong with the fitness facility: it smelled horrible; the TV, A/C, exercise bike, and bench were all broken or inoperable; there was no water in the dispenser; the trash was overflowing; there were no towels and the the dirty towel basin was filled with trash; there were on two weight dumbbells and the extra rack was empty, not at all what it shows online.

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating but we have a service dog because I’m disabled, and when we checked in, my husband was given a paper to sign regarding the dog which is standard, however, it asked to be specific for the dogs tasks which pertains specifically to my disability and would disclose it. Not sure if they’re allowed to ask but we travel with him A LOT and it was the first time we were asked that. The room was not clean! There were stains in the bedding, a long human hair and dog hair all over the dust ruffle of BOTH beds. There was some schmutz on the side of the night stand and cob webs on the ceiling. We have never stayed in a dog friendly room with carpet before but theirs did. The carpet was torn up and was “patched” up, not so well. Overall it was dingy and if we weren’t exhausted I would have left. The beds were light rocks with springs. It was not very comfortable at all. I slept in my clothes so my skin didn’t touch the sheets! Now, for the area, there were plenty of places to eat, but I didn’t feel safe at the motel. There was an abandoned section across from our room that was creepy. The guy next to us who lives there was also creepy. When my husband walked our dog, he told me to double lock the door behind him. He has NEVER told me to do that before. I wouldn’t recommend staying there especially if you’re traveling as a single woman.

Was very happy with this hotel and the price!!! Cant beat this deal!! Rooms were above standard and very clean, nice, comfortable...the lobby was very clean. Breakfast was as good as hotel breakfast gets... There is a gym too...which i intended to use but didnt get the opportunity. Nice restaurant attached. Many other food options as well within walking distance. Streets are busy and the area is busy. Parking lot has a ton of space so no worries about it...

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. I reserved a suite. The sitting area of suite was freezing. The heater/ AC did not work. Microwave and refrigerator did not work. Went to put leftover dinner in it and that when i found out nothing worked. I did not want to sit in bedroom all night but had to. I could not get warm in other part. Very disappointing

The tub was cracked and had a hole in it. I didn't use it. I had to wait for half an hour for a person to show up at the desk to check in. The first room they gave me there was a serious high pitched noise so was assigned a new room.

Overall, the stay was good. Our bedroom ac/heater was non functioning but the desk staff was very willing to try to remedy this issue. We also found the couch very worn down, to the point it has holes & the tub hot and cold we’re actually backwards (so if you put it on hot, you got ice cold). The beds were clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was nice (my family of 5 found something for everyone).

Had a local restaurant and bar in the hotel and the food was amazing! All homemade food! The staff was very friendly and clean rooms. Would highly recommend!
