I really enjoyed the staff. They were very pleasant and helpful, Federica and Luce especially.

The lobby and restaurant areas were very clean and presentable. The rest of the hotel seemed abandoned and not kept up.

Very friendly and helpful staff, some of them standout so much that I needed to learned their names to mention them in review... Katia, ( always gave a kind word for my daughter and made her feel at home by noticing her pattern of food, my daughter doesnt speak italian), Enza ( she was on the top of our food arrangements) 2 men called Vito, very helpful and they made the best coffees. We were extremely please with the room as it had 2 toilets/shower rooms and our room had a balcony with sea view to died for.... I cant wait to go in Summer. Best deal, it is to rent a car, as this place is 11 minutes from the mains places.
