“The only disappointment was that we tried to go to a late night dinner at the Red River Cafe and we got there 15 min before closing and they said they were closed. We weren’t sure if we should press the issue and take a chance of what they would do to our food. So we left. We did go back the next day to eat, and the food was great!! Our waitress Christina was the BEST!!!!”

“The person working the evening I checked in was less than courteous on the phone. Very short with me and cut me off several times. This interactions thong was brought up when I checked out the following morning and the hostess was kind and gracious in her receiving of my message.”

“This was a great hotel for a stay during the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival It's a less than 15 minute drive to the tulip gardens or to downtown Mount Vernon. The check in girl could have provided more information; she didn't tell me anything about pool or breakfast hours. “Shower leaked badly onto bathroom floor even though shower curtain was inside the tub resulted in flooding. Noted that there was a poor attempt at a recaulk of the tub area, signs of water damage on wall and bottom of door, indicating the leak was preexisting. Staff commented that since we booked through Expedia there was little they could do. Manager, however, decided to pay for our cab ride to airport as a customer satisfaction offer.”
