“The beds were really hard and the shower pressure was not good.”

“The hotel looked very new and was very clean, staff was super nice. The bed was very uncomfortable however, and breakfast did not look very fresh. I opted for oatmeal instead of any of the breakfast sandwich items. My husband decided to be brave and try those and ended up barfing for the next 24 hours :( ”

“We were disappointed not to have a full service restaurant in the hotel. We did go to the café, a couple of times and it was fine. We had to leave the premises twice to have a decent meal out.”

“We stayed at the Lynden Inn last weekend and I was pleasantly surprised. The room has a lot of charm and was very clean. When checking in the staff was very nice and accommodating. We definitely will plan to stay there again. ”

“The microwave was really nice- so was the bed. All in all, I'd say it was above average for a hotel room. Only shame was that the table was too short to comfortably work on a laptop for someone of my height. And the wifi was spotty in the mid morning and early evening. But for the price, it's a great location.”

“Breakfast needs to be earlier. The hallways were dirty, and the hot tub had too much chlorine it burned our eyes.”

“Among the best values in Bellingham. Convenient to WWU, clean, comfortable, nice folks. Breakfast better than average for the tier of lodging. Anything cheaper in Bellingham is a major step down in quality; anything fancier is about $50 more expensive. ”

“A great getaway. Love the setting overlooking Bellingham Bay and the proximity to Fairhaven's shops, restaurants and bars. Sincere staff. Spacious rooms and great bathrooms. Plus the in-house spa.”

“I appreciate the variety of breakfast items, but the sausage was undercooked and bland. The coffee seemed watered down as well. The eggs were the standard reconstituted eggs, and were bland as well. The waffles looked really good and my son enjoyed them. There were also bagels, bread, a toaster, cream cheese and butter, peanut butter and jelly, and yogurt.
