Hotel a Birch Bay

“We booked a room just a few days before our trip and we're so glad we picked this location. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is very family friendly, we stayed Easter weekend and they had an Easter egg hunt and meet and greet with the Easter bunny. The location is awesome, just across from the water with beautiful views. Lots of nearby restaurants and options for food. ”

“Parking easy. Staff excellent Breakfast was good I had a great sleep it was quiet and very clean Very outdated in terms of lighting carpets drawers microwave bathroom but the shower was lovely and hot. The bed was comfy and I felt safe in the room by myself (I was a female alone)”

“The owners of this hotel are clearly conscientious and taking care of every detail. It is not a high-end motel, but very clean and well taken care of. ”

While the rooms were clean, the walls were paper thin and you could hear conversation and an argument through the walls. Also disruptive when you constantly hear the water falling through the pipes. Loved the pool/spa.”

“There we're live electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, the toilet was not bolted down nearly fell over when I was on it, no coffee in the room, breakfast was as cheap as they could make it, I did not feel safe parking there so all in all a dump.”

“Hotel was everything you need: clean, comfortable, conveniently located. Staff were all lovely, welcoming and helpful. The bar/restaurant had a great outdoor seating area with open fires and comfy chairs to chill out in the evening. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked good.”

“Breakfast needs to be earlier. The hallways were dirty, and the hot tub had too much chlorine it burned our eyes.”

“This is a great place to stay for a quick visit to WWU. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s very affordable and clean and comfortable and the employees are super helpful. We will definitely stay here again. ”
