“The only reason that I booked this “hotel” was the pool. On Expedia by searches always include breakfast and pool when the booking was confirmed. The confirmation picture is a shot of the pool when I arrived to check in at about 10 PM. I was met in the lobby with a sign that says pool is closed. Please be understanding. “The location was safe and the bedroom portion was clean, but the bathroom ceiling had water damage in the shower, the breakfast was literally two types of plain cereal and that was it, and the first room we were sent to was flooded. In addition the outside trashes were overflowing and the vending machine didn’t work properly. ”
