“The room was absolutely terrible, the toilet was broken, bathroom door broken. The room did not feel clean at all and it definitely did not feel safe enough to sleep in.”

“This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel rooms were cool, air was on. Would definitely book again, if need be.”

“Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. To my surprise, he asked to see my ID, checked me in, handed me the room key, and told me to come back if I needed anything else. In all my travels, that was a first. “The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. “This is clearly not 'Hilton standard' property. The building appears run down and old. Elevators and lobby generally didn't appear clean. When first reached room it was unlocked. Washroom is below average. Parking in the property is expensive. I do not recommend!!”

“We have no one to give us the things that we need we have to clean our room on our own there was a murder last night a person was murdered in their car in the parking lot in the back I just feel at this point I should be getting a discount I have to go all the way down the stairs just to get clean linen and towels on the other side the staff at the front desk are amazing great people the air conditioning is terrible”

“Hotel room was not up to par for a family. This hotel is best for a 1 night solo stay if you just need to lay down. Rooms were not clean, our room only had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. Floors are cracked up and hallway walls need a paint job. Constant noise in the neighborhood (dirt bikes, car alarms, fireworks,) so barely got any sleep. They did offer a continental breakfast. Only bright spot of the stay. Good luck.”
