“Mary was the check-in person and was gracious and helpful. My room was cleaned to perfection! I did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Easy parking. Perfect room accessories. EVERYTHING was PERFECT!”

“I was fishing up there but there is no place to charge your boat batteries. Super 8 has charging stations. Nice place but don’t have what I needed to charge batteries.”

“This location had garbage at the back door. The back entry didn't lock, so there was no reason to use a key to get in. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond, so kind. The room was clean, but not updated, and very musty. The hall ceiling tiles were possibly spray painted. The breakfast was nice. We were itching from the humidity and musty air in our room.”

“Rooms were clean, pool was nice. Breakfast was decent. My one complaint was the sound of slamming doors was bothersome at night.”

“Waterpark closed for 2 months and wasn’t aware from Expedia. Rooms dated, heater did not work in room.”

“The room was excellent. My husband is in a wheelchair,we had a nice room with lots of space. Bathroom was wonderful,big door and lots of space for him to turn his wheelchair around. Staff was wonderful. Would stay here again.”

“Room was dirty. Questionable dark brown stuff on curtains. Air conditioner makes terrible noise. Shower fixtures are supposed to be silver...some are black. Room smelled terrible. Worst hotel stay EVER. Breakfast was minimal. Cold sausage and water eggs. Pool has been closed for approximately 2 years according to desk staff. Manager was supposed to call me. I have yet to hear from them. I could go on. Find somewhere else to stay. Expedia was no help, either.”

“The staff were fine. Did not interact with them other than to check in and check out. Room was absolutely disgusting! I had to clean the shower before we could use it and I still wore my flip flops. I would not let my family take their shoes off at all and walk on the carpet. The bathrooms have not been properly cleaned in I’m not sure how long! The walls need to be scrubbed! It looks like people have rubbed things on them and the cleaners have completely ignored the spots. The bathroom...
