B&B a Cold Spring

“The rooms were not cleaned. The beds were broken, split and exposed insides. Dead moths in the rooms. Breakfast wasn't even breakfast. Cereal that was old and very stale. Potato's that weren't even cooked. Waffle was good. Hot tub was broken. Pool needed a huge cleaning. It was very murky!”

“We came for a memorial service and our whole family came down with norovirus the next day after arrival. 20 of us after using the pool and facilities and eating in the great room. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were burned and re-used Saturday morning. Looks like they were left out or reheated for days. By synday morning we were all deathly sick. Called the MN dept of health and reported it.”

“Woman at front desk spoke very softly, and it was hard to hear her even when she was asked to speak louder. We didn’t know about the $60 hold. The room was clean and comfortable with good tv stations. WiFi was so-so. Common areas could use updating and continental breakfast was basic. Nobody seemed to be available at checkout.”

“Everything was great, there was plenty of things to do in walking distance. The staff very polite, and the Sunday morning biscuits and gravy were good. ”

“Always ask if there’s an elevator and if the pool is heated.”

“I didn’t like anything we even left the night after when we supposed to stayed 2 nights. My daughter and I couldn’t sleep with the cigarette smells it was terrible.”
