B&B a Cold Spring

“Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.”

“Yes it was vary clean. quiet, nice staff. and The jet tub room was good just needed more sitting room chairs coaches but other than that it was good”

“Reserved a 2 queen, they gave us a king and pull out. Would not switch or give us a refund. The pull out was peer springs, no mattress.”

“When we arrived and checked in we went to our room and when we unlocked the door with our card there was someone still using the room. So we went back to the front desk to tell them there was someone still in the room the staff had no clue that there was someone still in the room. The person at the front desk got us another room and when we got in that room it didn't look like it was even cleaned. There was hair in the sheets of the bed and hair all over the bathroom floor. “Check out is at 11 am management called me at 10 am to remind me that check out is at 11am.this is so unprofessional that it defies belief.the heat for the room was an extremely loud wall unit.even though there is baseboard heating. The room could have had brighter lighting.When I asked around town about the hotel , everyone, I spoke to said it had a bad reputation.saf state of affairs in the hospitality industry”
