Hotel a Cold Spring

“They put me in a sewing room. I just got some stitches. The staff has a great sense of humor. Great place to stay.”

“Air conditioning worked and it was a decent place to stay just needed a bed so it was fine.”

“Did not like the parking lot. The hallways to the rooms were very narrow. If you let the room door close on its own it’s very loud. They had a power outage from 11 PM till 4 AM. I did not sleep well.”

“Dirty bathroom. Trash over flowing Tv remotes did not work correctly. Whirl pool out of order.”

“Hottub broken, no battery in remote, toilet paper holder fell off wall. My brothers room stunk, sisters room had no tv remote, breakfast was not refilled. Only motel in town, so what are ya gonna do.”

“We liked that this hotel had suites with King beds, and a separate bedroom. Unfortunately the bedroom had a glass door with an odd see thru curtain which didn't provide privacy for changing, or overnight. The room smelled quite musty and the carpet seemed damp. In the washroom the ceiling above the shower was damaged, as were the walls in a few areas. We appreciated the amount of space in the room, but thought the hotel needs a refresh. “Stayed in the room that had 4 beds. It essentially has 2 beds upstairs and 2 beds in a basement-like area. It was pretty neat. Only downside is it only had 1 bathroom, so for 8 people that wasn’t very convenient. Could use a larger or newer air conditioner in there as well. Only has one small window air conditioner. It did ok, but had to turn the temp way down to get the rooms comfortable.”

“A pigsty. First room had wet dog urine in the carpet and smelled hideous. They were nice at the desk and switched rooms to a non carpeted floor. Didn't smell too bad, but floor was sticky and not clean.”

“I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. The key would not work in the lock. The bed was the cheapest and most worthless I have ever seen. I do not have back problems but it took...
