“The room was clean and welcoming, the front desk signed me up for the rewards and was very pleased with the offer and kindness. I had left a stuffed moose by accident and I was able to call and have someone get it. It saved a heartbreak! I would suggest items found be tagged to the room and time to be able to reach out if something could be irreplacable but not complaining just a tip would help elevate the guest experience and trust/loyalty but they did right by me!
