“I liked staying at the Redwood Lodge. On my second overnight trip, I had to lodge elsewhere as the price was getting unaffordable for the working man. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. My biggest problem was I was assigned the only room in the building that did not have a number on the door. I had to look at all the surrounding doors to rule out that the door with no number was my room number. In the morning, the clerk showed me the room number, it had been found on the ground of the hallway...

“The room was clean but there was no coffee or coffee maker and no shower mat. Felt like the room was just tossed together with cables from the wall tv exposed causing a hazard for guests. The door to the bedroom/bathroom had two different paint colors as if they were trying to touch up the door but did a horrible job. The closet had the ironing board tossed in the corner and the iron tossed on the floor in a corner. I couldn't see out the windows due to crack seal. Not worth the $200/night.”

“Clean, comfortable and cozy! We needed a place with a kitchen to prepare food to take to a baby shower. The kitchen was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The kid in our group appreciated the bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub and wished she’d had more time to check out all of the games and activities provided in the living area downstairs. Thank you.”

“This property is now Quality Inn, no longer Asteria. The employees really need training, the breakfast was disappointing, the property needs a face lift. It was not awful, it was just kind of disappointing. I would grade it a C minus at best.”
