The property was ok, probably better than most in the New Ulm area; however, there was one issue that made me feel unsafe: When I got to my room after checking in, the door was ajar. It was held open by the privacy latch. When I expressed surprise and trepidation, another hotel guest across the hall told me the room had been open like that the whole day prior and suggested I demand another room. Despite my unease, I was too tired to move all my stuff, so stayed in the room. There were no issues after that, so I give it a cautious thumbs up.
