“This is the best place to stay whenever we come to town! Everyone is so accommodating and polite. If we needed to move to a new room in a flash, they were there to make it happen! Coffee shop down the road and plenty of walking paths. Could use a bigger work-out room. But all in all its a great place to stay! Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay wonderful! “The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again!”

“Solid place and decently priced! Had a Kwik trip within walking distance and if you don't know it's quite the convenient store! One thing to note that some might take issue with is the deposit. They'll keep a credit card on file which may be an issue for some but you can also make a cash deposit that will be refunded on checkout. I had zero issues on checkout and the room was spacious with all the amenities you would expect.”

“The king bed in the Jacuzzi room had a very noticable dip in the middle. the electric blinds didn't work worth a damn, and the screen on the blind control has a crack with an lcd bleed. The water park is nice apart from the walking areas, which really need some resurfacing and since it's closed 4 days a week there's really no excuse for it not to be in 100 out of 100 condition. My biggest complaint is it's a 300$ a night hotel so charging 14 bucks a person For glorified Continental breakfast is...

“The room was not cleaned and bed not made between stays. Breakfast bar limited, needed to ask for the food to be replenished.”

“The vending was out of water by my second day. Hole in the wall behind the toilet. Air conditioner was very loud. Hard to sleep. Room was clean and the staff was good. ”

“The room was not clean. We had to work on the shower to get it to spray. Elevator carpet was filthy. When we checked out I asked for my receipt and I got a blank piece of paper with no amount that was charged. I will now need to look into my credit card statement to make sure they billed me correctly. I was thankful we were only there to sleep before my daughters graduation.”
