Hotel a Milaca

“The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again!”

“Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away.”

“This is the best place to stay whenever we come to town! Everyone is so accommodating and polite. If we needed to move to a new room in a flash, they were there to make it happen! Coffee shop down the road and plenty of walking paths. Could use a bigger work-out room. But all in all its a great place to stay! Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay wonderful! “The king bed in the Jacuzzi room had a very noticable dip in the middle. the electric blinds didn't work worth a damn, and the screen on the blind control has a crack with an lcd bleed. The water park is nice apart from the walking areas, which really need some resurfacing and since it's closed 4 days a week there's really no excuse for it not to be in 100 out of 100 condition. My biggest complaint is it's a 300$ a night hotel so charging 14 bucks a person For glorified Continental breakfast is...

“We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely encourage others to book here! The location was excellent — close to great restaurants, with Walmart and Walgreens conveniently nearby, which made grabbing anything we needed super easy. “The building is an older building but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Wonderful bed. The hot tub was fine, not over hot. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfsst. But the staff was wonderful. Courteous, helpful and very friendly. This included housekeepers, desk personnel and management.”
