“La struttura è un po’ isolata. La camera grande e spaziosa, la colazione con cereali e toast. La piscina c’era ma non era agibile e sul sito non era specificato. Peccato!!”

“Positive: room was clean. Negatives: pool not heated nor likely to be soon. Heater/AC on wall cheap, made huge noise, 50 db according to my phone. Turned on every 5 minutes. At least it drowned out noisy refrigerator. Lots of sketchy people hanging out in parking lot all day, drinking beer, smoking weed, playing loud rap music. Seems like some of them live there full time. Mattresses cheap quality, like sleeping on a bag of rocks. Usually Best Western facilities are fairly good, but not...

“Yes the kitchen area was nice and the food was good - especially the biscuits! If the coffee could be a little stronger, that would be great.”

“Didn’t show up on the system I left a $60 deposit. Customer service is very bad expect for Jenny. She was able to figure it out after waiting. Rooms need a remodel ASAP. Won’t be back for sure.”

“Pool is small. The area has some sketchy people around it once you pass the railroad tracks (which you have to pass to get in and out to the main road.) One of the outlets was coming out of the wall and there was still hair in the shower.”

“The downtown location was ideal, with walkable access to restaurants and stores. The retention of the historic character of the building was lovely and the room was clean and well-appointed. However, because of the location along the main drag, parking can be a hassle and traffic noise, especially on a Saturday night, was annoyingly loud. The rest of my stay was very enjoyable.”

“Un po' di Francia a Petaluma. Hotel dallo stile francese, distante un km da downtown petaluma, una delle città più vivibili a nord di san francisco. Tutto perfetto, ma può essere che non a tutti possa piacere la colazione. Ci sono delle tortine (disponibili tutto il giorno), crepes con marmellata o nutella, thè di diversi tipi (ne ricordo uno al mango), caffè”

“Breakfast was great - too late on a weekend to utilize though. Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! ”
