“Appreciated being able to check in early. Room was very plain but adequate. Only complaint was on Expedia it said a Queen bed but the bed in the room we had was definitely smaller than a Queen (Double?). Hotel said that was an "Expedia" issue.”

“Clean room, staff were friendly. Check in and checkout was easy. Bed was clean, but there was some weird thing in the toilet and there was a condom in the parking lot. I would still stay here again.”

“Breakfast was great , it is similar to A regular buffet you would pay $25 for. The free cocktails is a great idea. However, the room is a bit dated , the bed springs squeak when I sat down, the carpet needs to match with the spirited atmosphere outside the room. The accessible shower is thoughtfully designed.”

“La struttura è un po’ isolata. La camera grande e spaziosa, la colazione con cereali e toast. La piscina c’era ma non era agibile e sul sito non era specificato. Peccato!!”

“Yeah even with motel level standards this was probably the WORST motel I’ve stayed in. Front desk was completely lackluster, which pretty much describes the front office AND the employees. If that wasn’t a red flag in itself, the rooms were DIRTY. Stains on walls, chipping paint etc…The bed was at least clean though. And there was a lady singing in her room all night.”

“The room is not clean with some dirts on the ground and the cornor. There is no sofa so the room is large but a bit too empty. The restroom in separated into 2 small rooms and the wash sink and mirror is not with in the restroom. Also, fire alarm from 12 am to 1 am at midnight on April 12, 2026. ”

“We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

“Abbiamo deciso di fermarci durante il viaggio in California nel paese di San Rafael per risparmiare una notte a San Francisco (visto i costi decisamente maggiori per la camera e il parcheggio auto), venivamo dallo Yosemite N.P. e abbiamo fatto un pò di costa nella zona di Point Reyes e nel tratto di fronte San Francisco per fare le foto al Golden Gate dalla Scenic Drive e al Golden Gate Bridge View Vista Point. “Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!”

“The property is a bit dated, but it's centrally located. The room can be noisy because it's close to the freeway. The staff are super friendly. Parking is free. There are a bar and a restaurant onsite for convenience.”
