“Great hot breakfast! Like new facility, fresh total remodel inside & out. ”

“I was very disappointed with the condition of my room during my recent stay at Hampton Inn. Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality. The bathroom door was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation of the room. “Room bathroom door would not close due to top hinge screws loose. Talked to front desk and got a Phillips head screw driver but door wood was stripped and would not tighten. Asked for a different room but they had no more king rooms. I told front desk we would deal with bath door issue. Shower head in bath was lower than 5 feet and had to stoop to wash hair.”

“Bread had mold. The juice machine was out of order. No orange juice.”

“We got in late and the A/C in our room didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal but we did have to switch rooms fairly late. Location is kind of in a questionable area, too. I would say. Especially for the price. The girl with the purple hair working the front when we arrived was ten stars tho! Absolutely fantastic service. ”

“We ended up not staying. We pulled up and the outside looked nothing like the picture. The picture was clearly AI. Walked inside and it had a strange smell. The lady running the front was nice, but walked up brushing her hair and had a baby sling on. There was a man standing behind her holding a baby. We ended up leaving and getting a room somewhere else. The reviews on the website were all good so I'm not sure what happened there. ”

“Eveythibg was old and worn, cigarette burns on everything. The BREAKFAST was a couple pieces of bread for toast. A bagel and an apple. Juice machine was broken.”
