“Staff was kinda and was very quiet.”

“The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Although the cable didn't work when I entered the room the front desk fixed it right away. There were no bugs. However, the bed was as hard as a rock and you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on a blow up mattress bought at the store. All the side lamps were bright so not really the type of light you would want to leave on to walk to the bathroom at night. “Arrived there past the check in time but still had to wait close to 1 hour for our room. The room was clean but not impeccable. The elevator has seen better days and could use an update on its flooring. I suggest tile instead of carpet. I do appreciate the staff for doing the best they can to.prepare the room. It was a busy 4th of July weekend. They were very accommodating with our 2 dogs. My husband realized that he forgot his special pillow. 16 miles out so I called the front desk. They had it...

“It was a great stay even tho was just one night. Pool was dirty and they was doing construction or remodeling I'm not sure. Overall for me was great.”

“Breakfast good. Staff nice but they spent a great deal of time sitting in the bench outside smoking. We arrived about 5pm friday evening and from then until Sunday morning there were always employees outside smoking. There was a range of 1-4 outside smoking at all times. And not just a quick smoke break it was long extended breaks. We have been coming to this hotel for a few years now and im sad to see it go down hill. The rooms are not as clean and are in need of repairs and deep cleaning....

“Don't extend your stay here - just book new rooms. Pros: This is a brand-new hotel, so everything is modern, clean, and in great condition. The suites are nicely laid out with a small kitchen and easy-to-clean hard flooring (no carpets). Cons: Unfortunately, the housekeeping service completely ruined my experience. Because of the kitchen, the hard floors get dirty quickly and need regular upkeep. The hotel policy is to clean once a week, but since I was extending my stay, I needed more...

“WOW!!!!!! As soon as we walked into the lobby, Joy, at the front desk greeted us with a since of JOY. She was amazing. All of the rooms have full size refrigerators, stoves and microwaves. We didn't use anything except the refrigerator. The rooms were nice and clean. The owner was outside making sure that the property looked great. He was even pulling weeds from the flower beds. The property has an elevator, but Joy said they try to put one-night guests on the first floor. The property...

“Absolutely awful, very dirty room, bad smell, and ac made a very loud clunking sound while running. . Started having respiratory issues with it 5 minutes of being in the hotel. Had to leave and find a clean place to stay.”

“The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a large loud group and she made sure we were far away from that. Our room ac was not working and they walked us through on how to fix it. It didn’t blow super cool but it did work. Room remained pretty humid. Comfortable room, the shower door was off the track and my husband fixed that. All and all an ok stay especially for the location price and vicinity to where we wanted to be.”

“they are racist. one lady was really kind the rest were very rude and dismissive. they had attitude towards me and my boyfriend.. we are 19 traveling alone. i noticed they would vacuum by our door at night instead of during the day, to me that’s very strange but i could be pushing it. we stayed 3 nights, NO breakfast and part of the reason we went there instead of across the street (with open pool) was bc the “FREE” breakfast. i just didn’t feel comfortable staying there as a person of color....
