Hotel vicino a Short Pump Town Center - Richmond

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Everything was OK but the smell of smoke in the room. I'm not a smoker and may be I did a mistake in the reservation, it was too late and I was too tired to ask for a change, but at the end the smell was too strong.”

My only quibble is that I’ve visited this hotel twice, six years apart, and on each visit they had huge industrial fans set up in the lobby to dry out a flood. The noise made it difficult to carry out a conversation at the reception desk and it did carry through to the breakfast area too.”

“The room was clean however our AC did not work well. They should consider adding another ac unit to the room.”

“Good location but mediocre operation. Not a single thing stood out but plenty of unpleasant moments. Check in was unclear and could have been more welcoming. AC unit rattled all night. Stayed for three nights and not once was the room cleaned, sheets cleaned etc. (this was unacceptable for the price we paid), side doors to enter the property were unlocked which was a security hazard, billing was tricky, twice we were given the wrong bill. Not a fan.”
