“The staff and the food were excellent and without fault. The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep.”

“It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay.”

“Uova in camicia o strapazzate,salsicce, pancetta,funghi,crocchette di patate cotte al momento e sfornate in continuo per garantire la disponibilità a tutti i clienti. Reparto dolce bene croissant e muffin, si potrebbe migliorare aggiungendo qualcosa in piu. Meno bene la frutta. Bevande calde solo alla macchinetta automatica ma qualità superiore alla media. Se si scende tardi c'è un pochino di attesa per i tavoli perche l hotel è enorme e i clienti tanti.”

“Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay. Der Check in verlief schon etwas holprig, trotz Absprache das ab 12 Uhr jemand Vorort ist, war niemand da, sodass ich einige Zeit warten musste. Der Besitzer war aber schnell erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert. Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr hellhörig, nicht besonders sauber und abgewohnt. “Great stay! Arrived at hotel to be greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Booked a premier room for 3 of us, had 2 separate internal rooms, one bedroom, and the other a kitchen/living space with a pullout sofa bed (which was already made) - both really comfortable!
