Hotel a Somerset

“Picked this place because it was rated 8+ on Expedia. Place is kept clean on the inside. Outside there grass and weeds are taking over, no one to mow the grass. Rooms, I have noticed that some towels are worn out the tv guide that is printed shows HBO (multiple channels) TV in the room doesn't have HBO. There are no premium channels. Tv is so unfriendly that you can't even switch inputs if you had your own device. Wifi connection was very unstable and slow. Breakfast was also basic. I just...

“The motel was in a good location and very convenient. The room was very clean and nice. The tub and shower had good hot water, though the pressure was underwhelming, but that is every motel. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. would stay there again.”

“Lobby reception was amazing. When one of our guests needed a disposable razor, the receptionist came all the way up to our room to deliver a razor and shaving cream. Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on.”

“Location was good and it was quiet. Not the fanciest hotel but it was good for a home base while sightseeing and doing other activities. There is a nice lobby that you can have small gathering. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will go back again.”

“The room smelled like bug spray, there was mouse poo on one of the beds, there was old food behind the night stand, there were no hangers, no batman, no hand towel, the toilet was gross, the tub had so much hair in it I could have made a wig and under the sink had used kleenex's, some other junk and best of all.. someone else's hat, last but not least the bathroom counter was broken, not just cracked...broken which they attempted to cover up by putting our stained bath towels on. “My third stay at this property! Although it’s not fancy it’s clean and comfortable and safe!!!”

“We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is nothing fancy like you will find in downtown, however this hotel was perfect for our stay while our house was being remodeled. We had to extend our stay and we were able to do so without issue. We utilized the hot tub and swimming pool almost everyday we were there. We were close to many restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.”

“Inn-like motel. Bedding on one bed was clean on other bed, bedspread was stained. No ironing board in room and host said not every room has one (though room across hall from me did). He would not find one for me, I had to ask neighbor (who I didn’t know) to use theirs. There was a power outage for several hours during the middle of the night. No stopper in sink. Room overall was usable and adequate for the rate.”
