“This was our 5th or 6th time staying at Robina. Each time we are greeted by friendly staff, clean room- home away from home style. One of the best pet-friendly hotels, they go above and beyond when it comes to our dog. We will definitely keep booking here whenever we are at the GC. Thank you!”

“Finally a high-end hotel on the Gold Coast that doesn't feel like old money. Everything is modern, everything has been considered. The rooms are spacious and functional, and the view are incredible. The restaurants and food are top shelf. My only complaint is that there is no uniform or name tags to identify staff. Particularly when handing you bags and car keys to someone at the valet. “Our stay was a bit disappointing. We stayed 2 nights for my birthday weekend, there was no housekeeping which i found odd. The room was ok but nothing special. For the price we paid at almost 500 per night, I expected a lot more. I would suggest at this price point daily housekeeping should be standard as well as parking be included and even breakfast.
