“My room was great the only down side was I saw hair in my bed”

“Everything was great.My only problem? That it is pet friendly. Dog barking in the room next to me was somewhat irritating.. Other than that 👌”

“Everything was fine and as described save for the freezer not working. ”

“Needed attention in care of property, dirty carpet, old worn chair in room, loud ac unit. Breakfast was good, staff nice.”

“The pool was not open. Air conditioning worked fine once I understood how to do it”

“My bathroom mirror was shattered on bottom left. The shower towels and wash rags that were provided had holes in them. The peep hole on front door had a tissue stiffed inside of it because it was shattered previously. I will never book another room at this location. ”

“Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Water pressure was very low and the shower never got truly hot. Not a terrible thing, but if you like HOT water and good water pressure you’re gonna be disappointed. ”

“The bathroom is dirty & the room smells cigarettes. When workers started working on the parking lot, there were sand all over the floor.”

“This hotel is not old! The carpets in the hall need to be shampooed! The ceilings in the room had water stains and the blinds were broke. They need to do better. ”

“Rooms need work. Linens not provided for sleeper sofa. Weak shower. Needs to be cleaned better.”

“It’s an older property as fast as HI’s go but still clean and comfortable. Even better, the staff were great! Bryan at the front desk is someone I remembered from a stay at the HGI in Chesapeake - top notch. Karen hosted breakfast and sang softly to the soundtrack. I had my headphones and YT music but didn’t need them. People make the difference and this team rocked it! Don’t hesitate at all to stay at this one ”
