Hotel a South Portsmouth

“This is nice property located in the middle of park, very nice, maintained. Very quiet environment, restaurant ( Angler’s Cove on first floor) is awesome, limited menu but good tasty food. Rooms are little small and view is not great as expected from balcony. I thought i will be seeing lake but i saw only trees and hardly any lake. But it was quiet and relaxing to sit sipping coffee. Not too many things to do around here other than fishing and boating. Good relaxing trip”

“I stayed at the same property 10-15 years ago. I should have known better than to give them another try. The pictures on the website told a much different story than the actual conditions of the property. When I walked into the lobby, it smelled of smoke and felt dirty. When I got to my room it smelled of vomit! The furniture had tears and stains all over. The floor looked dirty and felt sticky. I didn’t even set my luggage down. I returned my keys to the counter. Eravamo in 3, io, mio marito e mio figlio di 12 anni, abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per un totale di 5 notti, non consecutive, e per 2 volte siamo stati sistemati nella stessa stanza al 5° piano.
