“Inspite of that We checked in late, they did not clean our bedroom upon arrival, there were hairs all over the bathroom sink, dirty toilet seat, brown-looking stained sheets and the carpet was visibly not vaccumed , it was a very disappointing experience. We called front desk for a refund but they gave us another room upstairs that was more decent . ”

“First room. I or the desk person had no idea on how to operate the tv in the room or what app to use to watch tv. 2nd room. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Hair in the tub and sink. No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover. “The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, I didn't find it professional at all that they stood outside the main entrance smoking cigarettes. I don't mean one at a time, but 5 or 6 at a time. That in itself is almost enough for me not to return. I think the overall value is great. The room is large and the wifi and TV work great. The room was clean and the breakfast is included and was very good. It's no an upscale hotel, but for a brand aimed at being affordable but still nice, they hit...
