“When we arrived I waited in line for over 45 minutes, when I gave the reception my booking number they had no room for me. The young boy at reception said I'll go and check if I can find you a room. He came back 25 minutes later to tell me that the one he looked at wasn't clean so he'd check another room. After waiting another 15 minutes he returned to tell me he had found a clean room. I had”

“I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well looked after, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were so helpful and really made us feel welcome. I'd highly recommend staying here, especially for families, as they're very accommodating and make you feel right at home. “It’s not the ritz but you get what you pay for. Perfect for a quick stay. What really made it a good stay, was the excellent service. The lady in reception was so helpful and so kind. I really enjoyed speaking with her. It is also a fabulous location for the beach and glink tram. I really enjoyed myself”

“Cheap and Central. Hard to complain. Some staff are a bit disinterested in their job but the vast majority are upbeat and positive. Should be noted that the recycling could be better labeled and there's no shower gel provided. At the end of the day, it's a cheap backpackers hostel 5 mins from the beech and I genuinely can't complain tbh. I enjoyed my stay.”
